OPCMIA General President Patrick D. Finley was recently invited to attend an informal reception with Vice President Joseph Biden at the Vice President's residence.

During his visit, General President Finley took the opportunity to discuss the need for jobs for OPCMIA members.  General President and Mrs. Finley are pictured with Vice President Biden.
