It is with great honor that the Operative Plasterers' and Cement Masons' International Association formally endorses Clayton Brown for County Commissioner of the City of Ottawa, Illinois. He has been a proud member of the OPCMIA for over 15 years and has been a steadfast leader in the labor movement and especially being a pillar for his community to rely on.
