The OPCMIA established the Patrick D. Finley Scholarship Fund in 2009. Named in honor of our late General President who launched the program, the Fund provides eight members and their dependents the opportunity to earn $5,000 towards full-time, undergraduate college or university tuition. The Fund is supported by the annual Patrick D. Finley Scholarship Fund Golf Tournament.
