Hi! My name is Ashlyne Gordon, and I am graduating from St. Croix Central High School in Hammond, Wisconsin. One of my greatest passions is dance, which I have been involved in for the past 16 years. I also work at a childcare center, an experience that has helped inspire and prepare me for my future career path.
My dad has proudly been a member of Local Union 633 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, for the past 10 years. This fall, I will be attending the University of Wisconsin–River Falls, where I plan to major in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education.
I would like to thank everyone who has supported and encouraged me throughout my journey and helped shape me into the person I am today. I am especially grateful to the OPCMIA Patrick D. Finley Scholarship for their generosity and support in helping me pursue my dream of becoming a kindergarten teacher. Thank you!
