On behalf of the OPCMIA General Executive Board, I want to wish all our members and their families an outstanding Independence Day!
This is a day to celebrate all our great nation and our democracy give us: Fundamental rights, essential freedoms, the responsibility to choose our elected officials, and vital opportunities to lift ourselves up and improve our lives, not the least of which is the right to collective bargaining. Democracy is what makes America great — and upholding our democracy is the obligation of every generation of Americans, including ours.
