On behalf of the OPCMIA General Executive Board, I want to wish every OPCMIA member and your families a healthy and happy Thanksgiving. I hope you’re able to enjoy the holiday with your loved ones as we give thanks for the blessings in our lives.

On behalf of the nearly 50,000 members of the OPCMIA, I want to wish our brothers and sisters who have served in the armed forces of the United States and Canada—and those whose loved ones have served—a great Veterans Day holiday.

On behalf of the OPCMIA General Executive Board, I want to wish all OPCMIA members and their families a Happy Labor Day. I hope you’re able to celebrate the holiday with your loved ones, friends and neighbors.

On behalf of the OPCMIA’s nearly 50,000 members, I want to express my gratitude to the Biden-Harris Administration for updating and strengthening the prevailing wage law and restoring it to its original intent.

The Operative Plasterers’ & Cement Masons’ International Association of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO (OPCMIA) – along with its Plasterers, Sculptors, and Shop Hands Local 755 – represent employees who work for employers represented by the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP).

On behalf of the OPCMIA, I wish all our members and their families a happy, healthy Independence Day! I hope you have the opportunity to get together with your loved ones and friends — and to celebrate the freedom we enjoy as Americans.

On this Memorial Day, the OPCMIA honors all who gave their lives to defend democracy in the United States and Canada, including our fellow members. We owe our freedom to their courage and heroism.

To further invigorate the OPCMIA’s organizing efforts and spearhead even greater growth, I am proud to announce that the General Executive Board has established an Organizing Incentive Program through the Member2Member (M2M) Funds. It takes effect on June 1, 2023.
